What do you hope to do with the land?
The proposal utilizes the site’s existing residential zoning, along with CA State Density Bonus Law, to deliver 57 single-family homes with three rental ADUs for very-low income families. The use of State housing law makes it possible to provide this unique housing typology to meet today’s household needs. Read more.
What can we expect from you as our neighbor?
We pride ourselves on being a good neighbor and are committed to open communication and transparency throughout the process. From one-on-one community engagement and small group meetings to public workshops and open houses, there are a variety of ways we’ll be interacting with the community and providing updates on the project. Where are you in the approval process?
We are just getting started! Our first application was submitted in December 2025. We are working closely with city staff and our neighbors to address comments and refine the plans. We are hoping to achieve city approval by late 2026.
